Which also begs the question, at least for me, is why are those screaming against the Moratorium, especially the governors of the affected states and the talking heads, being asked for by the Administration not asking whether BP or Any of the Mega Oil Corporations have their engineers and others working on worse case scenario technology fixes as well as up to date cleanup needs and any new technology developments for that as well! Haven't heard a peep from anyone especially the Oil Companies and their Investors as to that as BP keeps trying the many various fixes and some strange idea's in all this time!
