The Nation's recent striking cover--already a classic--powerfully drives home the tragedy of Iraq. Featuring thumbnail photos of deceased US soldiers overlaid on the image of the man most responsible for their death, this graphic illustration of the cost of war was designed by Gene Case and Stephen Kling of Avenging Angels with an acknowledgment to Joe Wezorek.
