01/11/2011 - The Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (VAVA) held a press briefing in Hanoi on January 11 to announce a plan for the “Honouring Golden Hearts for Agent Orange victims” programme.
Senior Lieutenant-General Nguyen Van Rinh, VAVA president, said this was part of a programme to compose songs for AO victims and honour outstanding individuals and organisations who supported AO victims and actively participated promoting struggle for justice for more than 3 million AO victims.
