How the country sees it's responsibility to care for the veterans and soldiers with all that 'Support the Troops!' speak, symbols and they're oh so patriotism!! A decade plus of absolutely No Sacrifice, that's what deficits are especially after rubber stamping war costs off the books and all borrowed, nor Still No Demand They Do So, added to the previous decades of ignoring once home!
A big segment of this population do have a thing for bandages especially related to our sailors and soldiers of our past wars of choice while sending a new generation of same into not one but two more that once again turned into long destructive occupations, and no demand they sacrifice!
