If there's money at the top, and the CEO's aren't the only ones who get packages of gross pay, as well as investors, then there's enough to cut that back and redistribute to those that actually make a company money in either wages or enhanced benefits, i.e. respect to!!!!
Oh, and that's called 'real capitalism'!!!
