06/23/2013 - The Tale of An Phuc House, which focuses on Vietnamese children living with Agent Orange (AO) problems, won the Best Documentary Film at the New York City International Film Festival that concluded on June 21 evening (Vietnam time).
Directed by Bulgaria-born Ivan Tankushev whose wife is Vietnamese, the 91-minute documentary tells a story about the lives of 20 disabled Vietnamese children who are third-generation victims of Agent Orange at the An Phuc rehabilitation center based in Ho Chi Minh City. read more>>>
