06/02/14 - VA problems still need congressional action, Shinseki resignation notwithstanding Rachel Maddow points out that the resignation of Eric Shinseki as Secretary of Veterans Affairs did not solve the V.A.’s problems and Congress needs to take further action even as the Shinseki resignation has distracted the nation’s focus.
