Court: VA Must Pay Agent Orange Victims
Appeals Court Orders Payments to Vets in Agent Orange Cases
An appeals court chastised the Department of Veterans Affairs on Thursday and ordered the agency to pay retroactive benefits to Vietnam War veterans who were exposed to Agent Orange and contracted a form of leukemia.
"The performance of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs has contributed substantially to our sense of national shame," the opinion from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals read.
That Shame is the Long Suffering Brothers of 'Nam, remember that other Debacle, many Now Dead from the effects of Defoliants, as well as Tens of Thousands of Vietnamesse still suffering the results through births, of!!!
But the VA did not re-examine previous claims from veterans suffering from the ailment, nor did it pay them retroactive benefits, which was at the heart of the latest dispute.
Now, this Country Called America, the 1st Gulf War Veterans Need You To Listen, and Don't sink back into Apathy with the Present Debacles and Results From!!
And WE still owe the Vietnamesse people for their Long Suffering of our WMD's!
The Vietnamese government says this has left more than 3
million people disabled.
