Where is their noise about 'their' taxes, and children being left in debt, as to these State AG's coming out to try and take down the Health Care Bill, just signed, I mean hey, it's State funds and time by many being spent, that these States don't have so will need to run up even further huge and growing deficits, don't know about where you are but we've got libraries and schools closing plus, not to mention they certainly sound like lawsuits by Political Activist Lawyers, don't they hate those.

When President Obama conducted a review of the situation in Afghanistan earlier this month, Newsweek reports he was stunned when Lt. Gen. William Caldwell (who took over the training program last November) informed him that police hadn't been trained in the eight years since the U.S. invaded. "All we did was give [recruits] a uniform," he said.
"Eight years? And we didn't train police? It's mind-boggling," the president replied. -->-->-->

Six Billion and not only counting but actually much more, as that's just for the so called training that was supposed to be taking place for some six years and not the other billions on billions on billions..........., which before was on the credit card and off budget.

STUTTGART, Germany — For the first time, recruits coming into the much-maligned Afghan National Police will need to be able to do more than just don a uniform and look the part. They also must be able to read.
As of March 13, mandatory literacy training has been incorporated into all of NATO’s Afghan security force training programs. The hope is that basic literacy instruction will help reverse sky-high attrition rates that hamper efforts to build a stable force.
“No longer can you come in and just be a policeman,” said Lt. Gen. William Caldwell, commander of the new NATO Training Mission — Afghanistan. “You need to be able to write down things you see and hear.” -->-->-->
