I, (name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

The above says it All, whether policy of orders given to invade and occupy others are wrong or right, service in our Military means just what is said by those taking the oath of Military Service to Support and Defend the Constitution of the United States!

Part 1: Alleged 9/11 Mastermind Among Detainees to Face Trial in N.Y.

The Justice Department on Friday announced plans to try suspected 9/11 mastermind, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, and four other Guantanamo Bay detainees, in federal court. Ray Suarez reports.

JIM LEHRER: The self-proclaimed mastermind of the 9/11 attacks will face trial in federal court in New York City. That announcement came from the Justice Department today. Four other detainees at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, will also be tried in New York.

And five more will face military tribunals.

Ray Suarez has our lead story report.

RAY SUAREZ: Khalid Sheikh Mohammed topped the list today. He has claimed direct credit for organizing the airliner attacks of September 11.

In Washington, Attorney General Eric Holder said Mohammed and four co-conspirators will be tried just blocks from where the Twin Towers fell.

ERIC HOLDER, U.S. Attorney General: The Justice Department has a long and a successful history of prosecuting terrorists for their crimes against our nation, particularly in New York. Part 2: Holder: 9/11 Trials Will Weigh 'Crime of the Century'

"This is a case that will be treated as any other criminal case."

In an interview with Jim Lehrer, Attorney General Eric Holder discusses the decision to prosecute the alleged Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other Guantanamo Bay detainees in civilian federal court in New York, calling the stakes "enormous."

JIM LEHRER: I talked with the attorney general this afternoon at the Justice Department.

Mr. Attorney General, welcome.

ERIC HOLDER: U.S. Attorney General: Thanks for having me.

JIM LEHRER: You said this morning that deciding to prosecute these five 9/11 detainees in civilian federal court was a very tough decision for you to make.

Why so?

ERIC HOLDER: The stakes are so enormous. We're talking about what literally is the crime of the century.

Where should this case properly be housed? How do I deal with the concerns of the victims? Am I placing it in a jurisdiction where we can handle the security? There were a whole series of questions that I had to ask, and answer, before I was able to say that this was the right decision to make.

JIM LEHRER: Who did you consult while making this decision?

ERIC HOLDER: I talked to the prosecutors in the Justice Department, prosecutors from the Department of Defense, people on the staff here at the Justice Department, people at Defense, a whole variety of people, who shared ideas, thoughts, gave cautionary ideas as well, and, using all of that, came up with the decision that we announced just earlier today.

JIM LEHRER: Did you run it by President Obama?

Where in the Military Oath of Enlistment above does it say anything related to the quote from the previous article taken from a Neo-Nazi website! Nazi's, and Hitler's leadership especially, once and still considered one of the Worlds Extreme Enemies now relegated to Hero Worship, as are those who parrot his beliefs, by those who arrogantly, in their own fears, seek to destroy others as they espouse Hitlers and Nazi Ideology of a superior race of the human being. Even throwing in what they consider christian religious ideology, if military they say it in the oath So help me God, just like the extremist, i.e. al Qaeda and Taliban, of other religious ideologies, just two of the groups they hate. And of course they hate everyone who differ with their extremism, everyone is their enemy.

SPLC: Southern Poverty Law Center's recent report on military {supposedly} personal, registered as, on Neo-Nazi and White Supermists websites and posting their thoughts on others, which means most of those they serve with or have served with, soldiers watching their backs, protecting them as they hope these same soldiers would seek to protect them.

Again, see anything that points towards an extremist ideology of hating all others not affiliated with your beliefs or of your skin color in the above Military Officers Oath of Service, officers that lead many assigned under their command, watching over all, who's main responsibility is the safety of all of the military brothers and sisters.

Or how about the closer to home States National Guard, many no longer just weekend warriors, now hardened by combat duties and duties in theaters of occupations, and not just for one tour but many, and not just one theater now but two.

White supremacist leader says half of his group has served in the military

The leader of the white supremacist National Socialist Movement estimated Friday that half of his group’s membership has at one time served in the military.

A day earlier, the Southern Poverty Law Center, which tracks hate groups, identified 40 profiles of individuals claiming to be active members of the military on newsaxon.org, a social networking Web site run by the NSM. A review of the site by Stars and Stripes found at least 130 profiles of members who claim to be in the military, though none of their identities and military affiliations has been confirmed.

I'm sure there are a few who were either members of these groups prior to joining or joined after but while serving or after discharge, but does this leader?, Jeff Schoep, check the papers of these military? or veterans? to see just who has served. Or is this like many small radical groups, founded on so called patriotism, nationalism and flag waving, and affiliated to their radical extreme political views, that if someone says they are, wears patches and shows ribbons and medals, and tells tales, they are! Or are they like many, little 'kombat keyboard chickenhawks' who wouldn't think of serving their country but just really enjoy posting up their fears and hatreds in mocho rambo style, in this day, on radical extremist websites and anyplace they think they can stay hidden behind patriotic user names, much like they're breathern we now label as 'Terrorist', who like themselves carry out Criminal Terror against others they hate or just to make their point of being superior in ideology!

How about you Jeff Schoep, have you served, if so did you keep your mouth shut when taking the oath with your brothers and sisters, of all colors, creeds, religious ideologies, most you say you hate, or are you a 'kombat keyboarder' wearing desert cammies and playing rambo?

“I think it’s an extreme left-wing scare tactic, and I think white soldiers have the same right to be in the military as everyone else does,” said Jeff Schoep, leader of the National Socialist Movement. “I think the SPLC is trying to pressure the military to throw these people out, and there is no basis for it. I think its un-American. I think it’s seditious.”

"I think white soldiers have the same right to be in the military as everyone else does". You're right Schoep, and all that think? like you, they do, and they make up the majority of our military, enlisted to officers. But why would someone who thinks? like you want to join one of the most Inclusive Groups in our society, the Total Opposite of your Ideologies of Nazi Supremacy and White Rule, the Master Race!

The military is made up of every color of our Human American Rainbow, every religious ideology found on these shores, every personal lifestyle as well, they train together, live together, eat together, work together, fight together, serve together and Most Importantly Protect Each Other In Combat Theaters when sent into War and Occupations, whether Wars of Choice or of Real Need, in Defense of our Country and Constitution, that's not only their Oath that's their Beliefs, Heartfelt, for their Country, their Whole Country and All Within!

If your members, who say they're military, are serving and carrying on their hate filled beliefs, beliefs they may even post up to show others on your websites, what they do in theaters of operations Endangers not only themselves but Every Soldier they're serving with as well as the Retaliations on other Soldiers, and civilians of their country, from their Atrocities Committed!

And when do you call on these ex-military to rise up and carry out acts of Criminal Terrorism against their own Country men and women, some being soldiers they served with or just veterans of, like themselves, to reach your Stated Goals of this "Master Race!"?????

Ray A. Letteer, head of Marine Corps cybersecurity, said the service blocks sites, such as newsaxon.org, that adversely affect good order and discipline.

“It’s one of the standards we take a look at” when blocking for content, he said.

Over the past year more of those types of sites have been blocked by Marine Corps, Letter said.

The Marine Corps manages its network centrally and can flag new sites that have inappropriate content. Anyone caught using them can be turned into their command for discipline, he said.

I suggest all of you need to take a trip to DC, not for violence, like one just did, nor to mass against our government seeking your master race, but to stand in front of Our Memorial, 'The Wall, or any of the Memorials to those who've served our Country and Constitution in our Conflicts, right or wrong. I suggest at "The Wall" you read Every Name, these are the names of our fallen brothers, whites who wouldn't follow nor serve with the likes of you, blacks and brown skin who served Honorably and were killed in combat, any other color of the human rainbow you can see around you and your community, immigrants many not even being citizens of the country they served yet, gays {they didn't tell even back then}, religious ideology, you name it {knowing it's really tough for the likes of you to think} and you'll find those that serve, The Total Opposite Of Your Hate, Racism and Rhetoric!!

As everyone already knows General David Petraeus will be visiting Congress to give -his-{nope} -gwb's-{nope} cheney's report on the -surge-{nope} escalation, long ago passing any discription for the word 'surge'.

As we also already know the -surge-{nope} escalation was brought on to give time for what everyone one refers to as the political process to take hold. That doesn't seem to be what's happening and frankly many thought it wouldn't.

And lets make clear those 'insurgents' are not all al-Qaida, and al-Qaida is still a small presence within that country. Although when one doesn't understand who their fighting everyone comes under one umbrella and labeled the same, and it works great for PR back here.

Ethnic Cleansing Has Been Going On With The Occupation Forces Unable To Stop It!

Before his trip to Congress General Petraeus wrote a letter to the troops.

We are now over two-and-a-half months into the surge of offensive operations made possible by the surge of forces, and I want to share with you my view of how I think we’re doing. This letter is a bit longer than previous ones, since I feel you deserve a detailed description of what I believe we have -- and have not accomplished, as Ambassador Crocker and I finalize the assessment we will provide shortly to Congress.

I don't want to speak bad about Petraeus, he seemed to have a real care for his troops and the intelligence his rank requires. But if he's allowing himself, redux Vietnam, to be controlled by the civilian leadership we've gone down this road already, in the past and to many times in the near past and present.

We need Real Truth from the General, All Layed Out In Plain English, not what's reported to be a short opening report than just answering questions, and lets hope this won't be another attoney general like testimony.

I for one do not want to watch another General, like General Powell, sit in the limelights and spin a tail of 'once upon a time'!

Lets take a look at a few recent reports ourselves, before we hear the -Petraeus-{nope} -bush-{nope} cheney report this week.

Alliances are made in Guerilla/Insurgent Wars, and they are broken, than made with others or even with the same. Friends become enemies, enemies become friends, and the circle goes round and round the longer the conflict goes on. This happens, especially as an occupying force tries to get some sort of control, because a power vacume has been created and this being readily recognized causes diiferant forces and individuals to want to fill that vacume and take local control or total control. Occupying forces and puppet governments cannot fill that void nor control, for long, what will eventually take place.

This first video, of once rogue Iraqi forces, shows what are now considered Elite Forces working side by side with American forces, but still fighting the mostly sectarian conflict with our military troops helping them. New friends, once enemies, how long will the friendship last.

I don't watch CBS News, sorry Katie, but one I try to catch, when I find out she's got a report up is Lara Logan. This young lady is a throwback to great journalism. She gets out of the Greenzone and right into the middle of the story, and you understand what she's reporting and what she leaves out verbally, but is still there in her reporting.

Iraq's Military Elite Among World's Best

Iraq's best soldiers are caught in the middle of constantly shifting alliances that make this war increasingly complicated for them - and for the United States.

As one commander says in the report:

"The way they surgically take down these targets, the way they treat everyone with respect and dignity, they are phenomenal and I would put them up against anybody," says a Green Beret commander.
"Even Americans?" asks Logan. "Even Americans," he replies.

Be careful what you say commander for it may come to be.

Remember everyone, we helped install Saddam, gave him the support to build his military and special forces, that surpressed his internal enemies and any others deemed the need to surpress and control, they did the dirty work.

Here is another great reporter that also takes her shots outside of the relative comfort of the Greenzone, Martha Raddatz, and gives some very moving and important reports, and like Logan you understand the point even if she doesn't say the decriptive words. There are to few, in todays multi-media, that are actually professional journalists reporting what really are the important stories. Alot of 'pretty faces' but lacking the needed drive of a professional.

These kids{?} were born under a surpressive regime we once supported, they grew up under extremely tight sanctions, and they've so far survived the destructive devestation of the invasion and occupation. They have grown well beyond their years, for their childhoods never really existed.

And as said in the report:

Doug Stone. "We have IED builders ... have those that have been behind ... parts of assassination groups."

It only takes a few, who don't become model citizens, that take out in search of the means for revenge, Criminal Terrorism, only a few!
